Terms of Use
Last updated: 18 September 2026
1. Who these terms cover
Djan AI (“Djan”, “the studio platform”, “we”) is a private filmmaking workspace operated for invited studio members. By signing in or using the platform you agree to these Terms of Use.
2. Access
Accounts are issued by the studio administrator. There is no public registration. You must keep your credentials confidential and tell an administrator promptly if you believe they have been compromised. We may suspend or revoke access if these terms are breached or if your membership ends.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use Djan only for legitimate studio production work, and not to:
- attempt to access another member’s account or material without permission;
- probe, scrape or overload the service;
- upload unlawful, infringing or harmful content;
- use generated output in ways that violate applicable law or third-party rights;
- circumvent security, billing or access controls.
4. Content and intellectual property
You retain rights in material you upload (reference images, prompts, production notes) and in finished outputs produced for the studio, subject to any agreements with the studio itself and to the terms of third-party model providers used to render video. The Djan software, branding and interface remain our property.
5. Third-party generation providers
Video generation is performed through external providers (currently BytePlus ModelArk / Dreamina Seedance). Their uptime, content policies, pricing and output quality are outside our direct control. Usage may incur costs billed to the studio’s provider account. Cinematic settings in Djan are compiled into prompt text and are not guaranteed to be obeyed by the model.
6. Availability
We aim to keep the platform available for studio work, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change as the product evolves.
7. Disclaimer and limitation
The platform is provided “as is” for internal studio use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service or from third-party provider failures.
8. Privacy
How we handle account and production data is described in our Privacy Notice.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be noted by updating the date above.
10. Contact
Questions about these terms: ask your studio administrator, or the Djan AI operators who manage your workspace.
